Job Summary:

The Landscape Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily landscaping operations, supervising crew members, and ensuring that all outdoor areas are properly maintained, safe, and visually appealing. This role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring landscaping projects while ensuring quality standards and safety procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead landscaping staff in daily tasks such as planting, mowing, trimming, watering, and fertilizing
• Plan and schedule landscaping activities and maintenance work
• Inspect sites regularly to ensure quality standards are met
• Train, guide, and evaluate performance of landscape workers
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and machinery
• Monitor inventory of supplies and request materials when needed
• Implement landscaping designs and improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and environmental regulations
• Coordinate with management, clients, or other departments regarding project requirements
• Address and resolve on-site issues or complaints promptly

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field is an advantage)
• Proven experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance
• At least 1–3 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and landscaping techniques
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and machinery
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on site in Baras, Rizal

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
