Pharmacy Assistant jobs

Administration (80%)

• Attends to customer queries and receives orders
• Checks customer prescription and endorses to Pharmacist for validation
• Ensures that medicines dispensed are accurately served
• Ensures that customer gives the right payment and given the right change
• Responsible for medicine replenishment for each gondola assigned
• Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of assigned gondolas
• Ensures that all bad stocks are pulled out (damaged, expiring/expired) in her assigned gondola
• Helps in minimizing pilfered items by reporting suspicious behavior not within the norms to authorities.

Communication and Coordination (20%)

• Handles customer queries and minor complaints and elevates major issues to Store Head/ Management Trainee
• Performs other related functions that may be assigned by the immediate head or the Management from time to time

Qualifications:

- Preferably a College graduate of any course

- Graduate of Pharmacy is an advantage but NOT required

- Senior High school graduates are welcome to apply

- Good personality skill

- Must have a customer service skill

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php500.00 per day
