Full job description
Training and Marketing Professionals Inc.(TMPI) is looking for (1) Learning and Development Associate.
- Hybrid work set-up (2-3 days a week RTO)

Overview:
- The Learning & Development (L&D) Associate will collaborate with GCS cross-functional teams by supporting the delivery of optimal learning solutions that are aligned with our organizational and operational goals and strategic priorities. The L&D Associate will contribute to high-quality business results, business process development, and continuous improvement of learning and development programs. The L&D Associate will also support reporting needs and other activities associate to the provision of supplies for clinical studies involving Pfizer Sponsored Studies, Investigation research, research collaboration and expanded access programs. This role will be providing support in other global time zones as the need arise.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, education, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in training, learning and development.
- Advanced English written and oral skills.
- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including SharePoint and Power Automate.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and exercise integrity and good judgment when handling confidential information.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work as part of a team in an assigned capacity.
- Fast learner with adaptable and problem-solving skills.
- Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, hands-on, results-oriented, and a team player.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry collaborating and supporting cross-functional global teams.
- Experience with training systems and document management systems.
- Strong aptitude for learning and utilizing technology and software applications.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office suite including advanced skills with Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, OneNote, Teams and SharePoint.
- Comfortable preparing and presenting ideas and information in a variety of settings.
- Must have strong inter-personal and customer service skills.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support for end-to-end clinical supply chain projects and initiatives within GCS by contributing to the completion of project tasks and milestones. Adapt to evolving business needs and priorities to achieve project objectives.
- Support the development and delivery of L&D programs within GCS and assist GCS functional line subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure training initiatives meet business needs and deliver measurable results.
- Generate metrics reports and monitor Key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and impact of training programs on organizational and operational performance.
- Assist with the creation of L&D tools/materials, deployment of training modules, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Send training reminders and give feedback to improve L&D content and delivery.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities and system access requests and resolve general technical issues.
- Attend periodic meetings with teams in other global time zones outside of normal work hours.
