- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
- Communicate with candidates regarding application status and next steps.
- Assist in job offers, onboarding requirements, and pre-employment documentation.
- Support recruitment events such as job fairs and campus hiring.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- At least 1 year experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (fresh graduates may be considered).
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php18,100.00 per month
