The Assistant Company Physician supports employee health and wellness by providing medical consultations, assisting with occupational health programs, and promoting preventive care in the workplace. This role works closely with HR and management to help maintain a safe, healthy, and productive work environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct medical consultations and assess work-related and general health concerns of employees.
• Assist in implementing occupational health, wellness, and preventive care programs.
• Support compliance with workplace health and safety standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with HR and management on employee medical matters, clearances, and health-related recommendations.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and assist in monitoring employee health initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Physician with a valid PRC license.
• Strong clinical judgment and knowledge of occupational health practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee medical concerns professionally.
• Experience in corporate, industrial, or occupational health is an advantage.

Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
