GENERALJOB DESCRIPTION:

The Nursing Service Supervisor promotes and restores patients' health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area; directing and developing staff; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staffs; providing physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS STANDARD:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree holder with at least 9 units of graduate studies (Masteral)
• Registered Nurse in the Philippines
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a head nurse
• Physically and mentally fit
• Has administrative and clinical competencies
• Has leadership ability
• Has the ability to develop satisfactory interpersonal and interprofessional relationships with clients and co-workers
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to constructively deal with conflict and afford effective resolutions
• Has skill in verbal and written communications
• Has decision-making and program planning skills
• Member of good standing of the accredited professional organization of nurses
