Full job description
- Encoding of daily discharge, patients requests; neonatal checks daily census chart requests (PhilHealth, Tricule, HMO).
- Protects and secures medical records, assign new record numbers, verifies existing record number, and monitors existing medical records for retention and disposal.
- Communicates with customers in providing medical record information and clarification of diagnoses and other related information.
Qualifications:
- Any Four Years College Graduate
- Willing to be assigned in Clark, Pampanga
- Willing to start immediately
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
