Full job description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Interview, screen and evaluate the socio-economic profile and medical condition of patients in the Out-Patient Dispensary (OPD) and In-Patients of San Lorenzo Ward to identify their qualification to CSMC Subsidized Patient Program (SPP)
  • Make assessment and arrange the support and resources needed by a patient while being treated in the hospital
  • Ensure accuracy, detailed records keeping and confidentiality of patient information and medical results

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of a bachelor's degree in Social Work
  • Must be a licensed and registered Social Worker
  • Fresh board exam passers are encouraged to apply!

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
