Roles and Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors professionally in person or via phone.
• Schedule and manage appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers regarding patient arrivals and schedule changes.
• Handle inquiries and provide information on clinic services and procedures.
• Ensure patient confidentiality in handling sensitive medical and financial information.
• Assist in HMO processing and approvals.

Qualifications:

• College graduate, preferably with a degree in a medical-related field.
• At least 6 months related experience
• Preferably with knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
• Proficient in documentation, scheduling, and office management softwares
• Excellent customer service and time management skills

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
