Civil Engineer (Project-In-Charge – Civil & Architectural Works)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project-In-Charge (PIC) for Civil Works and Architectural Works.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise daily construction activities for civil and architectural works, ensuring compliance with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Report directly to the Project Manager and Company Management regarding project progress, issues, and accomplishments.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to achieve project milestones.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, timelines, and resource utilization to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work is completed according to project specifications.
• Prepare progress reports, work schedules, manpower deployment plans, procurement requests, and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs, site expenses, and billing accomplishments.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Enforce safety policies, housekeeping standards, and compliance with company and government regulations.
• Ensure project readiness for inspection, testing, and final turnover.
