Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all Civil/Structural works at the construction site. He or she ensures that these works follow the latest drawings and specifications issued for Construction.
  • Coordinates closely with all engineers of various trades/disciplines as to the needs and requirements of the project.
  • Attends regular meetings with the owner, consultants, and project manager.
  • Coordinates with various consultants on design and construction issues and relays correspondences and documents for information, review, comments, and approval by concerned consultants.
  • Assists in the preparation of bid documents necessary for tendering and awarding of the contract.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
