Job Details

• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Engineering Management, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience in construction project management, store renovation, fit-out projects, engineering supervision, or related fields.
• Experience working with major supply chain companies, milk tea/F&B companies, or similar retail businesses is highly preferred.
• Manage the preliminary stage of store renovation, including coordinating design requirements, reviewing drawings, preparing renovation quotations, and completing the necessary procedures through the internal system.
• Oversee the entire store construction process by developing project schedules, monitoring construction progress, ensuring quality standards, supervising material usage, and maintaining compliance with company decoration standards.
