Qualifications:

• Graduate any four year course
• Good in oral and written communication skills.

• Preferably with medical background
• Interpersonal/ human relation skills.
• Computer Literate
• With experience is a plus, but we encourage Fresh graduates to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

· Greet patients and visitors upon arrival.

· Verify patient information and update patient demographics.

· Initiate patient charts and maintain accurate patient records with legal requirements.

· Collect necessary documentation including insurance cards and medical history.

· Provide administrative support for the nursing staff, including filing and photocopying.

· Maintain medical records in accordance Coordinate and facilitate communication between physicians and nursing staff.

· Track and maintain patient information in the Hospital Information System (HIS).

· Organize and manage supplies in the ward.

· Provides information by answering telephone queries and processing requests as appropriate.

· Relaying calls and referring inquiries to nursing staff or doctors

· Obtains health insurance cards, verifies and seeks approval for diagnostics, medications and other treatment.

· Processes discharge of ward patients by providing and completing charges to settle bill.

· Provides schedule of decking of consultants.

· Logs Patient information in the admission and discharge logistics.

· Maintains ward supplies/inventory under the supervision and approval of nurses per shift.

· Encodes and checks hospital changes (supplies and medications) of acc admitted patients.

Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
