About the Role

This is a hands-on, high-ownership Data Analyst role in a fast-moving, multi-system environment. You’ll be responsible for making sense of data across platforms, shaping how it’s structured, and turning business needs into clear, usable requirements. This role goes beyond reporting. You’ll be expected to think in systems, move quickly, and operate independently — identifying problems, structuring solutions, and delivering
insights without constant direction.

You’ll also play a key role in supporting our adoption of AI tools by ensuring data is clean, structured, and usable for automation and advanced analysis.

What You'll Do

• Independently gather, define, and validate business and data requirements across stakeholders and systems
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders
• Work across multiple systems (Salesforce, Avionté BOLD/Classic, 24/7, Accounting Seed, third-party billing platforms) and connect the dots between them
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts using advanced Excel
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and inefficiencies in data and processes — and fix them
• Ensure data is structured and reliable to support reporting, operations, and AI driven initiatives
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
• Manage multiple priorities and move quickly without sacrificing accuracy

What you Bring

• Comfortable operating independently as a data analyst
• Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, data modeling)
• Proven ability to gather and define requirements without needing step-by-step direction
• Strong experience working across multiple systems and reconciling data from different sources
• Systems mindset — you understand how data flows, where it breaks, and how to improve it
• Experience working in environments adopting AI tools or automation (or a strong ability to quickly ramp up)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Clear, confident communication — able to translate between business needs and technical details
• Ability to move quickly in a dynamic environment without losing structure or accuracy
