Responsibilities

· Checks the number of actual charts to the list provided by the Admitting Office

· Prepares census of death, absconded and DAMA patients.

· Prepares and submits reportable diseases

· Prepares physician's index

· In-charge of medical records of discharged patients of previous day.

· Perform duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

· Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.

· With knowledge in medical terminologies.

· Open to fresh graduates

· With good written and oral communication skills.

· Must be presentable and with good customer service understanding; maintains composure under stressful situations.

· Can start ASAP
