Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Doctor of Medicine
  • Must be a licensed medical practitioner with updated PRC I.D
  • Must be a member of good standing of the Philippine Medical Association (PMA) and its component society
  • With or without Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training
  • Preferably with knowledge and/or training on Basic Life Support
