Main Responsibilities

· General / Administrative

· Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications with clients

· Learn recruitment, training, and onboarding processes

· Support management in executing company initiatives and projects

Leadership Development

· Participate in leadership and business development sessions

· Learn key business functions in operations, sales, and administration

· Analyze data, create reports, and provide insights for team improvement

· Collaborate with mentors and team leaders to develop management skills

Work-from-Home / Flexible Role

· Perform assigned tasks remotely while maintaining productivity standards

· Communicate effectively with the team through online platforms

· Attend virtual meetings and monthly onsite sessions when required

· Submit regular progress reports and deliver results independently

Sales / Business Development

· Identify and connect with potential clients

· Promote and present company products and services online or onsite

· Attend training sessions to enhance communication and sales strategies

· Achieve performance goals and uphold company standards of professionalism

· College graduate (any course)

· Individuals in their mid-20s to pre-retirement age

· Strong communication skills and a people-oriented mindset

· Motivated, coachable, and goal-driven

· Has a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home

· Owns a laptop, tablet, or iPad for remote work
