GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide application/game support to customers via email.Perform various back-office duties including, but not limited to, internet ads management, content management, general data entry, encoding, monitoring, and verification.Collaborate closely with team members to accomplish team goals.
• Report and escalate critical issues for prompt resolution.
• Seek new learning opportunities and mentor and inspire others to do the same.
• Accomplish ad hoc tasks such as completing timesheets, reviewing checklists, and submitting progress reports within the required timeline.
• Manage existing paid client campaigns end-to-end, including tracking and monitoring.
• Develop, review, and calibrate processes to standardize and ensure the quality of the team’s output.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have completed at least second-year college (any field of study).
• No prior relevant work experience required; training will be provided.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Tech-, web-, and social media-savvy.
• Detail-oriented.
• Demonstrates self-discipline, strong work ethic, and personal and professional integrity.
• Must regularly play at least one mobile game, preferably MMORPGs, action RPGs, or other mobile RPGs.
• Available to work part-time for 4 hours per day, including weekends and Philippine holidays.
• Must be willing to work the morning shift from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
• Willing to start immediately.
• Willing to work on-site.
• Preferably residing within Metro Manila.
