Full job description

As a Part-Time Customer Service Associate for our Wireless & Mobile Communications account in Tarlac, you'll assist customers with billing inquiries, payment arrangements, troubleshooting, account suspensions, and equipment upgrades—all while driving outcomes and delivering excellent customer experiences.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Handle customer requests professionally, patiently, and empathetically.
  • Meet and exceed client and company performance expectations.
  • Maintain accurate customer account information and records.
  • Collaborate with teammates to resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Coordinate with client departments when escalations are needed.
  • Remain composed under pressure and handle difficult customer interactions professionally.
  • Take ownership of decisions and understand how your contributions impact team results.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A customer service background.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet navigation, basic PC operations, and keyboarding, with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
  • A self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and flexible approach to learning client-specific processes.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to navigate multiple applications.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT), with good judgment to verify outputs.
