The Weekender Sales Associate assists in selling, customer service, and merchandise display during peak days (Friday to Sunday). The role supports the department store’s sales operations by attending to customers, replenishing stocks, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of assigned selling areas.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Service

• Assist customers in locating, selecting, and purchasing items.
• Provide accurate product information, prices, and ongoing promotions.
• Ensure excellent service and a positive shopping experience for customers.

2. Merchandising & Display

• Arrange and replenish merchandise on shelves or display racks.
• Ensure products are properly tagged, organized, and visually appealing.
• Monitor stocks and coordinate with the selling team for replenishment needs.

3. Cashiering Support (if assigned)

• Assist in processing transactions when needed.
• Ensure accuracy in handling cash and receipts.
• Follow company policies on returns, exchanges, and discounts.

4. Store Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the selling area.
• Follow proper grooming and uniform standards.
• Adhere to company rules, attendance, and performance expectations.

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School graduate; college students are welcome to apply.
• With or without retail experience (training provided).
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
• Willing to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays only.
• Willing to be assigned in Department Store North Edsa.

For walk in, Our Office is located at Unit 1709 East Tower Philippine Stocks Exchange Centre, Ortigas Center Pasig City. We are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
