WE ARE HIRING!
We’re looking for a Part-Time Document Scanner to assist with scanning, organizing, and maintaining petty cash vouchers and supporting documents. If you're looking for a flexible, project-based opportunity in a fast-paced setting, apply now!
Available Position:
- Part-Time Document Scanner
Location & Details:
Company Address: Muntinlupa
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Flexible partial-day schedules available: 4 hrs, 6 hrs, etc. Final schedule and pay scheme to be discussed during the interview.)
Qualifications:
- Open to working students, temporary job seekers, and part-time applicants
- Computer literate and comfortable operating basic office equipment
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling repetitive tasks efficiently
- Willing to meet daily scanning targets and start ASAP
- Willing to attend a face-to-face interview
Key Responsibilities:
- Scan petty cash vouchers and supporting documents while ensuring clear, complete copies
- Organize and maintain proper handling and arrangement of physical documents
- Meet assigned daily scanning targets
- Perform other related documentation and filing tasks as needed
Pay: Php400.00 - Php500.00 per day
