A. Human Resources

1. Responsible for recruiting rank & file, junior, senior, seasonal and part-time position.

2. Screens, interviews and evaluates candidate

3. Create hiring plans for restaurant and salon shops.

4. Promote open roles using online and print ads job.

5. Attend job fairs and other recruitment ads.

6. Initiate with accreditation of company to LGU’s.

7. Prepare job offer and employment contracts.

8. Assist recruitment for on boarding of new employees.

9. Schedule a Company/HR Orientation for the new employees.

10. Submit Recruitment Manpower reports as required.

11. Monitor on boarding and off boarding employees and submit report weekly & monthly.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per hour
