JOB DETAILS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1-2 years of solid healthcare recruitment experience.
• Experience in recruiting healthcare positions such as RN, LVN, Physician, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants is highly preferred.
• Experience in Lead Generation, Lead Sourcing and Cold Calling is required.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must.
• Willingness to work on a Night Shift (Central Standard Time or Pacific Standard Time).
• Must be willing to work ONSITE at our Ortigas office. (Potential shifting to Hybrid depending on performance)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, confidentiality, time management, and negotiation skills.
• Has excellent client management skills and is organized.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Driven, goal-oriented, and results-focused.
• Active listening skills and must be able to type around 45-60 wpm.
• Sourcing Specialist position open for FRESH Grads with GREAT English communication skills.

• Salary Package ranges from P30,000.00 to P45,000.00 depending on years of experience.
