The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles, a passion for education, and the ability to transform complex ideas into impactful visuals. With expertise in current design software and a collaborative mindset, this role will support our marketing and branding efforts across multiple platforms.

Objectives of this role

• Create visually appealing designs that align with Park Tutoring's mission and brand identity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality print and digital materials, including marketing collateral, educational resources, and social media content.
• Independently manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
• Continuously refine designs and processes to reflect current trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing.
• Maintain and organize a database of design assets, including illustrations, photography, and templates.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and strategize with the marketing and operations teams to develop innovative concepts for promotional campaigns, digital content, and internal communications.
• Design and produce materials such as flyers, brochures, presentations, infographics, website elements, and social media assets.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate the company's values and services.
• Manage the creative process from conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring the highest quality of work.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to keep Park Tutoring's visuals fresh and relevant.
• Edit and enhance photographs, videos, and other media for use in various projects.

Required skills and qualifications

• Exceptional creativity and a strong eye for detail.
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong communication and presentation skills to explain design choices and gather feedback effectively.
• Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience or equivalent academic qualifications.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or a related field.
• Experience designing for educational or service-oriented companies.
• Familiarity with web design basics, including HTML, CSS, and WordPress.
• Photography and video editing experience.
• Knowledge of emerging design trends and tools.
