About the Role

Solo Snap Photo Studio is a self-photo studio located at The Shoppes at Infinity, Angeles City, Pampanga (near Marquee Mall). We are looking for 1 part-time Studio Admin to join our team.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role. You will manage the studio floor, handle customers, enforce studio guidelines, maintain cleanliness, and ensure every session runs smoothly. Training will be provided.

This role is not for someone who improvises or cuts corners. We need someone who reads instructions carefully, follows SOPs exactly, and takes initiative without being told twice.

Responsibilities

• Handle customers calmly, including children and group sessions
• Clearly explain and enforce studio guidelines
• Assist during shoots and ensure proper static framing
• Follow studio SOPs strictly — no shortcuts
• Engage walk-in customers by greeting passersby, explaining the studio concept, and answering package questions accurately
• Perform full studio maintenance and cleaning (floors, mirrors, surfaces, props, stools, shooting area)
• Ensure the studio is ready for the next customer at all times
• Maintain studio flow, safety, and order
• Track studio supplies and report low stock
• Assist in marketing shoots and content creation when needed

• High interest in portrait photography
• Understands basic static framing (proper headroom, centered subjects, no cut-off heads or limbs, straight background alignment)
• Must live near or have easy access to The Shoppes at Infinity, Angeles City
• Basic knowledge of photography, macOS, Photoshop, or Lightroom is a plus but not required

Note: You do NOT need to be a photographer, but you must understand what a good portrait looks like before the photo is taken.

This Role Is Not Suitable If

• You prefer improvising or changing rules
• You rush tasks to finish faster
• You avoid enforcing guidelines
• You are uncomfortable with cleaning and maintenance work
• You are not comfortable approaching walk-in customers
• You live far from the studio

Work Schedule

• Part-time
• Shifts: 11AM–8PM weekdays, 10AM–8PM weekends
• Staff reports 30 minutes before opening
• Days will be assigned
