WE ARE HIRING: STUDIO ADMIN (PART-TIME)

Solo Snap Photo Studio is looking for 1 part-time Studio Admins.
Both staff will have the same responsibilities, with schedules split by days.

Please read carefully before applying. We require our applicants to answer the pre-qualifying questions.

A. Responsibilities

• Handle customers calmly, including children and group sessions
• Clearly explain and enforce studio guidelines
• Assist during shoots and ensure proper static framing
• Follow studio SOPs strictly; no shortcuts allowed
• Encourage walk-in customers by:

a. Greeting passersby politely
b. Explaining the studio concept clearly
c. Answering basic package questions accurately

• Perform full studio maintenance and cleaning, including:

a. Floors, mirrors, and surfaces
b. Props, stools, and seating
c. Shooting area before and after sessions
d. Keeping the studio clean and presentable at all times

• Ensure the studio is ready for the next customer at all times
• Maintain studio flow, safety, and order
• Ask for clarification when unsure; no guessing

B. Interview Process

C. Requirements

• Friendly and approachable personality
• Patient and composed when dealing with children and group sessions
• Fast learner; open to feedback and correction
• Responsible and punctual
• Willing to learn studio operations; training will be provided
• Strong common sense and situational awareness
• High interest in portrait photography
• Understands basic static framing, including:

a. Proper headroom
b. Centered subjects
c. No cut-off heads or limbs
d. Straight background alignment

• Willing to follow rules exactly, even during busy hours
• Comfortable performing full cleaning and maintenance duties
• Must live near or have easy access to The Shoppes at Infinity, Angeles City
• Basic knowledge of photography, macOS, Photoshop, or Lightroom is a plus but not required

Note: You do NOT need to be a photographer, but you must understand how a portrait should look before the photo is taken.

D. This Role Is Not Suitable If

• You prefer improvising or changing rules
• You rush tasks to finish faster
• You avoid enforcing guidelines
• You are uncomfortable with full cleaning and maintenance work
• You are not comfortable approaching or talking to walk-in customers
• You live far from the studio location
