Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (any course)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and passionate about helping others achieve financial goals
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Must be based in Metro Manila or nearby provinces
• With stable internet connection
• Must have a laptop, desktop, tablet, or similar device

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing personalized financial plans for clients
• Analyze financial products and conduct market research
• Support senior planners in client meetings and presentations
• Maintain and organize client records and financial data
• Learn and utilize financial tools, products, and services
• Help build and maintain client relationships
• Participate in trainings, workshops, and leadership programs
• Contribute to business development and sales initiatives
• Progress into leadership and mentoring roles over time

Work Setup:

• Work-from-home (remote)
• Required to report to the office once a month for training
