Job Description

We are looking for Part-Time Project Staff to support a short-term meeting recording and data annotation project from October to December 2026.

Selected candidates may be assigned to meeting recording, data annotation, or both, depending on the project requirements and assessment.

Responsibilities

Meeting Recording

• Participate in multi-person meeting recording sessions based on provided scripts or talking points.
• Contribute to natural and coherent conversations during recording sessions.
• Follow recording guidelines and project instructions.

Data Annotation

• Process recorded data using an online annotation platform.
• Perform tasks such as speaker identification, content annotation, and information verification.
• Follow project guidelines and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

• College degree or higher.
• Native Filipino speaker with clear and fluent Filipino communication skills.
• Good comprehension and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to learn and use online annotation platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Able to maintain confidentiality of project-related information.
• Available for at least 3 hours per day within the 9:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule.
• Willing to report on-site for meeting recording sessions.

Additional Information

• Part-time, project-based engagement
• 150/hour
• Minimum commitment of 3 hours per day for recording activities.
• Flexible availability between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
• Recording and annotation may be assigned separately or together.
• Candidates assigned to annotation will undergo the required training before starting formal annotation tasks.

Pay: Php133.00 - Php150.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 per week
