Full job description

  • Provide basic health care, appropriate emergency, and first-aid management, and medications to employees.
  • Participate in developing, maintaining, and implementing Health and Safety Programs.
  • Conduct health assessments and screenings.
  • Maintain confidential health records and documentation in accordance with legal and company requirements.
  • Prepare reports on health trends, incidents, and program effectiveness.
  • Maintain an inventory of medical supplies and medicine.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing
  • Open for FRESH GRADUATE
  • Must be a Registered Nurse with active license
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines
  • Proficient in maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Willing to report onsite in Clark
