Job Overview

As our Part-Time Company Nurse, you will be the first line of care for our employees. Your role goes beyond first aid—you will be a trusted health advocate, a wellness educator, and a key partner in fostering a safe and healthy workplace. Your presence will help prevent workplace illnesses, respond to emergencies, and promote a culture of health and safety.

What You'll Do

• Provide immediate medical attention and first aid to employees in case of accidents or sudden illness.
• Maintain and update accurate employee health records and medical supplies inventory.
• Conduct regular health assessments, monitoring vital signs and workplace wellness indicators.
• Assist in the implementation of occupational health and safety programs, including DOLE-mandated requirements.
• Coordinate with accredited healthcare providers and facilitate medical referrals when necessary.
• Lead health awareness campaigns, such as vaccination drives, mental health talks, and wellness activities.
• Ensure compliance with government health and safety regulations, including reporting requirements.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse
• Preferably with BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) training for nurses.
• At least 1 year of clinical or occupational health experience
• Willing to be based in
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate health information clearly and empathetically.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in urgent situations.
• Willing to work in Paco, Manila
