ESSENTIAL FUNCTION

• Assesses and evaluates the health status of employees before and after an illness or absence, and issue/advise necessary recommendations or confirmations using official clinic documents
• Engages in health employment screening examination (pre-employment physical examination for new hires, and employees for regularization)
• Prepares and maintains employee health records to ensure continuity of care, medical assistance and feedback to the immediate heads
• Assists the Company Doctor in the delivery of necessary health care services and refers patients for further health evaluation and management
• Responsible for providing primary health care services in accordance with the standards of the nursing professional practice and provides assistance to Company Physician in the implementation of the Company's health programs and activities
• Implements health and wellness programs for health awareness and information dissemination, in coordination with other departments/divisions
• Participates in disaster control programs (fire, earthquake etc.)
• Implements proper inventory management and control of medicines, supplies and equipment, including monitoring of expiry dates
• Assists in the filing of necessary government and company benefits such as SSS sickness, maternity, and employee compensation benefits claims, HMO reimbursements etc.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php1,000.00 - Php1,300.00 per day
