About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Part-Time Medical Representative to join our team. This position is highly flexible and ideal for active medical or sales representatives who are currently on the field and looking to maximize their daily routes by adding a non-competing, high-potential product line to their portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Territory Coverage: Promote and sell company products to medical professionals, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies within your assigned Pangasinan territory.
• Route Optimization: Strategically integrate product presentation into your existing daily field schedule to maximize efficiency.
• Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with doctors, purchase managers, and key decision-makers.
• Sales Targets: Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and expanding market share within the province.
• Product Expertise: Effectively communicate the benefits, features, and clinical advantages of our product line.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on market feedback, competitor activities, and sales progress.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Location: Strictly must be residing within Pangasinan.
• Mobility: (Has an advantage) own and drive a reliable vehicle (Car or Motorcycle) with a valid driver’s license for efficient territory coverage.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Medical Representative, Pharmaceutical Sales Rep, or Healthcare Sales Executive.
• Current Field Status: Open to active sales reps currently covering the Pangasinan area who can seamlessly integrate this role into their current routine.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Network: An existing network or established relationships with doctors and clinics in Pangasinan is a major advantage.
