Medical Representative/Nutrition Advisor (Lower Bulacan, Lower Cavite, Makati/Pasay Western Batangas)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for HCP coverage to promote company products.

2. Effectively promote company products to healthcare professionals through regular HCP visits and one-on-one detailing.

3. Maximize product and territory potential through aggressive daily coverage and effective implementation of sales activities.

4. Identify opportunities in his/her designated territory and maximize business potential that will lead to productivity and profitability

5. Building and maintaining effective relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and supporting admin staff

6. Stay informed of the latest scientific data supplied by the Company, maintain knowledge of new developments and develop strategies for increasing opportunities to share these to contacts in the Healthcare sector

7. Coordinate with Sales Admin, Trade Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure that business objectives are attained

8. Implement company-directed activities with high morale and integrity relevant in building business and professional relationships with internal and external customers

9. Observe accurate and timely submission of reports as required by the Management

10. Responsible for the achievement of targeted sales in his/her designated territory.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate must possess the following:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Biology, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 1 year relevant experience as Medical Representative preferably in a Nutritional industry
• With growing HCP-Pedia franchise
• Proven track record of sales performance
• Excellent communication skills;
• An outgoing and persuasive attitude and the ability to deal with people who hold differing beliefs or values;
• Confidence and persistence;
• Patience and self-motivation;
• Can start sooner;
• Analytical and planning skills;
• A flexible approach to work in order to adapt to changes
• Strong teamwork and networking skills;
• Commercial and business awareness
• Above average driving skills (manual transmission) and a valid Driver’s License
