This pioneer site in Bonifacio Global City will support US healthcare operations, combining global standards of service excellence with a fast-growing, high-performance shared services environment. Job Summary:

The Customer Care Representative provides frontline support to patients and healthcare stakeholders in a 24/7 US healthcare environment. The role focuses on handling inquiries, patient verification, insurance eligibility checks, and order tracking while ensuring accurate, empathetic, and timely service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound inquiries from patients and healthcare partners
• Perform patient verification and insurance eligibility checks
• Assist with order tracking, updates, and service requests
• Provide accurate and empathetic customer support
• Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
• Maintain proper documentation of all interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when needed
• Support 24/7 US operations, including weekends and holidays
• Follow healthcare compliance and data privacy standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or at least High School Diploma accepted
• 2–5 years of customer service or related experience
• Healthcare background is an advantage but not required
• Preferably with US customer service experience
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Stable employment history (2+ years tenure preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills: empathetic, patient, and service-oriented
• Willing to work onsite and on night shift

Additional Information:

• Work setup: Full onsite (BGC, Taguig)
• Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Manila time)
• Operations: 24/7 US support (includes weekends and US holidays)
• Training: Conducted on night shift (2 days off per week)

Pay: Php46,000.00 - Php49,000.00 per month
