• Encode, update, and maintain accurate data in the company database or system.
• Assist with filing and record keeping
• Answer phones and respond to emails
• Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
• Perform general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

• Organized and willing to learn new tasks
• Reliable & honest
• Knowledgeable in MS Office
• Available at least 3–5 days per week
• Preferably residing within Sta. Maria, Bulacan or nearby locations
