JOB DESCRIPTION

The Video Editor Virtual Assistant is responsible for producing high-quality visual content that supports the company’s creative and digital marketing services. This role focuses on editing long-form and short-form videos, designing thumbnails, and creating engaging multimedia assets for online businesses, e-commerce brands, content creators, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate has strong technical editing skills, creativity in storytelling, and the ability to deliver polished, performance-driven content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Content Production & Editing: Create high-converting YouTube thumbnails, edit product advertisements, and produce both short-form and long-form videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Amazon, and Shopify. This includes podcasts, interviews, tutorials, vlogs, webinars, and branded content.
• Creative Enhancement & Post-Production: Develop AI-generated videos and enhance content using motion graphics, animations, transitions, text effects, and visual enhancements. Handle color correction, audio balancing, subtitle integration, and final polishing to ensure professional-quality output.
• Collaboration, Workflow & Quality Control: Work closely with designers, content creators, copywriters, project coordinators, marketing teams, and clients. Ensure all outputs follow branding guidelines and platform requirements, manage project files and assets efficiently, and revise work based on feedback while staying updated on trends and tools.

• Video Editing and Creative Virtual Assistance, focused on producing engaging multimedia content and digital marketing assets for online businesses, e-commerce brands, content creators, and social media platforms.
• Specialized in (e.g., YouTube Thumbnail Design, Product Advertisement Editing, Social Media Reels & Shorts, Long-Form Video Editing, AI-Generated Videos, Motion Graphics)
• Focus Areas:
• Creating engaging visual content to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Editing long-form videos, reels, shorts, and promotional video content.
• Producing multimedia assets for product promotion and digital marketing campaigns.
• Designing YouTube thumbnails and social media visuals aligned with brand identity.
• Developing AI-generated videos and motion graphics for creative campaigns.
• Collaborating closely with the Creatives Department, marketing teams, account managers, and clients.
• Ensuring all outputs align with campaign goals, platform standards, and branding guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
• Proven experience in video editing, multimedia production, or digital content creation
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and audience engagement
• Experience creating content for social media and e-commerce marketing is a plus.
• Basic to advanced knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles
• Familiarity with AI-assisted video creation tools is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• With good character and willing to work on a graveyard shift is a plus.
• Available for full-time work.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Main Device:

• Processor: Intel Core i3 / Ryzen 3 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD equivalent.
• RAM: 8 GB or higher.
• Storage: Minimum of 112 GB.
• Internet Speed: At least 20 Mbps for both download and upload speeds.

Backup Device:

• Processor: Intel Core i3 / Ryzen 3 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD equivalent.
• RAM: Minimum 4 GB.
• Storage: Minimum of 112 GB.
• Internet Speed: At least 10 Mbps for both download and upload speeds.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
