Full job description

We are hiring a Virtual Assistant to support our growing B2B outbound agency.

All experience levels welcome, you will be placed into roles depending on it.
Full training will be provided.

This role involves managing online conversations, booking prospects into calls, and helping keep our systems organized.

Responsibilities

Replying to messages from prospects
Booking appointments using a simple process
Logging conversations in our system
Updating basic task trackers
General admin support as needed

Requirements

Basic - Good English
Basic computer skills
Reliable internet connection
Organized and responsive

Previous experience in admin, customer service, or appointment setting is helpful but not required.
