Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science
• Must be a Registered Medical Technologist (RMT) with a valid PRC license
• Proficient in performing laboratory tests in the following areas:
• Clinical Chemistry
• Hematology
• Serology
• Immunology
• Clinical Microscopy
• Knowledgeable in laboratory equipment operation and standard laboratory procedures
• Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Able to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Committed to providing quality patient care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous laboratory experience is preferred
• Drug Test Analyst Certification is an advantage
