Job Description:

We are presently in search of a Part-Time Vibe Coding Trainer for our in-person Vibe Coding and AI-Assisted Software Development Training program. The course is typically conducted for 3 days and scheduled on weekends, with class hours running from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. To ensure minimal disruption to regular office hours, these classes are conducted based on scheduled training batches.

Key Functions:

• Conduct hands-on training sessions covering modern Vibe Coding methodologies using AI-powered development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude, Gemini, and other emerging AI coding assistants.
• Deliver engaging and interactive in-person training sessions focused on rapid application development through prompt engineering and AI-assisted coding.
• Create and update training resources, including presentations, laboratory exercises, coding projects, modules, assessments, and instructional materials aligned with current AI development trends.
• Demonstrate how to build websites, web applications, automations, APIs, and software solutions using AI-assisted development workflows.
• Guide participants in creating effective prompts, debugging code with AI, generating documentation, and accelerating software development processes.
• Teach best practices for working with AI coding assistants, including code review, validation, security considerations, and optimization techniques.
• Monitor and assess participants' progress, provide constructive feedback, and address technical questions effectively.
• Conduct hands-on exercises involving frontend development, backend development, database integration, API consumption, and deployment workflows using AI-assisted tools.
• Stay current with advancements in AI development tools, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering techniques, and software development best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Must have strong hands-on experience using AI-powered coding tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms (Required).
• At least 2 years of experience in software development, web development, automation, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, PHP, Node.js, databases, APIs, or other modern development technologies.
• Experience building real-world applications using AI-assisted development workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Filipino and English.
• Previous experience in training, teaching, mentoring, or conducting technical workshops is a plus.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI-assisted debugging, code generation, and software architecture concepts is highly desirable.
• Passion for technology education and commitment to continuous learning.

Compensation Package:

Php 2,500 - 3,000 per session depending on qualifications, industry certifications, and training experience (Tax Free)
