For this role, we are in search of a Virtual Assistant with experience in providing assistance in a wide variety of tasks for a company. Candidates are expected to have dealt with multiple tasks/ projects simultaneously and were able to deliver sterling output despite various work-related constraints. This job is for Full-time work during U.S. Eastern Time from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Successful candidates for this role are expected to possess the following attributes:

• At least 1 year of experience in an Executive/Virtual Assistant role.
• Has the ability to think outside the box.
• Able to demonstrate ingenuity and perceptiveness.

• With excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the working environment.
• Great logical and verbal reasoning skills.

• Superb interpersonal skills.
• Must have their own work device (preferably a desktop or laptop) and a stable internet connection.
• Must be comfortable with using a time-tracking software for payroll purposes.
• Must be willing to undergo a background verification check during the final stages of the hiring process

Candidates may be asked to complete one or two brief assessments so that we can get an understanding of your competencies with the above-mentioned skills.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits and compensation:

• A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
• A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
• A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
• Healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
• Compensation range: $3 - 5 per hour.

*Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
