Full job description

We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representatives to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using company systems
  • Follow communication scripts and established procedures while delivering personalized service
  • Meet individual and team performance goals, including quality and productivity standards
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels as required
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development programs
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college education is an advantage
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for taking customer calls
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic
