Barista / Café Service Crew

We’re a small, close-knit team looking for reliable and customer-loving individuals who enjoy learning, growing, and engaging with people. If you take pride in creating great café moments and have great customer communication skills, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

• Learn and master the preparation of our coffee and non-coffee beverages following our quality standards.
• Provide warm, efficient, and friendly customer service—from taking orders to offering thoughtful recommendations.
• Engage with guests, answer questions, and help make every visit an enjoyable Archduke Coffee experience.
• Assist with basic inventory tasks such as restocking, monitoring supplies, and supporting stock checks.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain an organized cash register.
• Help keep the coffee bar and dining spaces clean, tidy, and compliant with hygiene and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable team players
• Willing to learn about the different disciplines in coffee making and roasting
• Enjoy interacting with customers and have strong sales or communication skills
• Positive attitude, good work ethic, and team spirit

Positions Available:

• Full-Time Barista / Café Service Staff
• Part-Time roles also available for working students

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
