Bookclub Coffee is looking for a reliable, friendly, and hardworking Part-time Barista to join our weekday team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and food items according to our standards
• Provide warm, friendly, and professional customer service
• Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the café, including the bar, seating area, equipment, and work areas
• Perform opening duties, restocking, and bar setup efficiently
• Maintain smooth workflow and quality control during busy hours
• Work cooperatively with the team during peak hours and shifts

Qualifications

• Basic latte art skills and coffee knowledge
• Fully available every Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Strictly punctual: Must arrive on time for every scheduled shift without exception; tardiness is not tolerated
• Responsible, reliable, clean, organized, and detail-oriented
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and good communication skills
• Able to work quickly and efficiently during peak hours
• Uncompromising commitment to attendance and absolute punctuality
