Full job description

Bulla Crave is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team in Bataan. As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our innovative laundry machine products to both individual and commercial customers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career progression within the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend the best laundry machine solutions
  • Conducting product demonstrations and providing expert advice to customers
  • Generating new sales leads and converting them into successful transactions both warm and cold leads
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and securing repeat business
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  • Providing feedback and insights to the product development team to improve our offerings

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the consumer or commercial sales industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Negotiating terms: Negotiating terms to close sales successfully must be good in negotiating contracts and packages with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to close sales.
  • Market Research: Study Industry trends, analyze and collects and analyzes data about customers, products, services, and sales trends to help develop marketing plans and business strategies. Familiarity with the latest sales techniques and trends in the laundry machine industry
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and going the extra mile Maintaining client relationships: Building long-term relationships with clients to form a beneficial network for both parties.
  • Understanding customer needs: Understanding customer needs and presenting appropriate solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in sales or a related field
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting : Utilize various channels such as networking, cold calling, and other sources to identify potential prospects.
  • Demonstrating products: Demonstrating and presenting products to clients.
