Position Title:

Lead Generation and Appointment Setter

Job Summary:

The Lead Generation and Appointment Setter is responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build relationships with prospects through phone calls, emails, social media, and other outreach methods.

Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation

  • Research and identify potential customers through online platforms, databases, directories, and social media.
  • Generate and qualify leads based on target market criteria.
  • Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to introduce company products and services.
  • Gather relevant information about prospects and update CRM systems accurately.

Appointment Setting

  • Contact qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Confirm appointments and send reminders to prospects.
  • Coordinate schedules between prospects and sales representatives.
  • Follow up with leads who have expressed interest but have not yet committed to a meeting.
  • Reschedule missed or canceled appointments when necessary.

CRM and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and appointments.
  • Track lead generation activities and appointment-setting metrics.
  • Provide regular reports on leads generated, appointments booked, and conversion rates.
  • Ensure all customer information is updated in the CRM system.

Relationship Building

  • Develop rapport with prospective clients.
  • Understand customer needs and identify opportunities for the sales team.
  • Represent the company professionally during all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing, appointment setting, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of leads generated per month.
  • Number of qualified leads submitted.
  • Number of appointments scheduled.
  • Appointment show-up rate.
  • Lead-to-appointment conversion rate.
  • Accuracy and completeness of CRM records.
