Full job description

Ararô Gelato is looking for friendly, reliable, motivated, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Gelato Service Crew for events and pop-ups.

As part of the Events Team, you will represent Ararô at pop-ups/bazaars, weddings, corporate and brand events, private celebrations, and other off-site activations. Your role goes beyond scooping gelato—you will help create a welcoming guest experience, maintain the quality and presentation of our service, support event operations, and promote our products during selling events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve customers/guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and a high level of hospitality
  • Scoop and serve gelato according to Ararô’s portioning, presentation, and service standards
  • Assist guests in choosing flavors and confidently explain our products, flavors, and brand story
  • Maintain efficient and organized service, especially during high-volume periods\
  • Handle ingress and egress of events, including loading, unloading, setting up, and packing of equipment
  • Help achieve pop-up/bazaar sales targets through friendly and informative selling
  • Take orders and process payments accurately during selling events
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the service area and maintain proper food-safety standards
  • Provide excellent service and handle customer concerns professionally
  • Represent Ararô professionally through proper appearance, positive and friendly communication, and attentive service

Qualifications

  • Senior High School graduate or equivalent
  • Must have pleasing and approachable personality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, punctual, attentive, and willing to learn
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to undergo training
  • Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings
  • Willing to work across Metro Manila and out of town

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From Php725.00 per day
