Maxicare Agency Unit is an accredited agency of Maxicare with a group of intermediary partners with a standard of knowledge, competency, and transparency to perform, promote and market Maxicare’s products and services.

We are looking for a new high-performing Maxicare Agency Unit Head to lead a sales-driven team that will advocate the importance of healthcare needs.

Job Description: An Agency Unit Head’s responsibilities include recruitment and training of Agency Unit Manager (AUM) and Health Benefits Agents (HBA). An AUH shall train, supervise, coordinate and direct the activities of his/her unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Canvassing and account maintenance
  • Operates as a contact person for assigned clients
  • Communicates client needs and demands to Maxicare
  • Ensures yearly renewal of closed accounts
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
  • Coordinates with unit members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
  • Collaborates with Sales Team to identify and grow opportunities within the account
  • Assists with clients’ demands, requests, and escalations.

Skills and Qualifications:
