E-commerce and Social Media Virtual Assistant - Part Time

Job Description: We are seeking an Etsy Manager who can also market our Etsy products on social media. This part-time role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of product asset creation, listing management, customer service, and product marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and organize product assets for Etsy listings using Canva and AI tools, including graphics, copy, and supporting materials.
  • Edit existing assets to conform to new brand guidelines
  • Load and maintain product listings in Etsy, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and maximizing SEO and searchability.
  • Manage shop updates, product changes, and ongoing listing optimization.
  • Handle customer service inquiries in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner.
  • Coordinate social campaigns, including asset creation and scheduling.
  • Track shop activity, customer feedback, and basic performance insights as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience managing Etsy shops, including product listings and backend administration.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for product descriptions and customer communication.
  • Ability to create and organize digital assets for product listings using canva.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable internet connection and daily responsiveness during the workweek.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with digital / downloadable products
  • Familiarity with Canva, Etsy, Google Suite, Meta apps, Pinterest and ZoHo ( a project management app that we can teach)
  • Experience supporting paid ads or promotional coordination for Etsy, Meta, or social platforms.
  • Strong customer service skills and confidence handling buyer communication.
  • Interest in home management, hospitality, or lifestyle-oriented brands.

Work Schedule:

  • Part-time, as needed.
  • At least 10 hours per week to start (2 hours per day min), with potential for increased hours and long-term employment based on workload.
