Full job description

Beverage Preparation:

As a barista, you will create exceptional coffee and beverage experiences for our customers while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Your role includes preparing and serving high-quality drinks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring cleanliness and organization within the café.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages to specifications.
  • Maintain knowledge of drink recipes and ingredients.

Customer Service:

  • Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently.
  • Engage with customers to provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items.

Maintenance:

  • Keep the café clean and organized, including workstations, dining areas, and equipment.
  • Assist in the daily setup and closing procedures.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Ensure that all products are fresh and properly stored.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with team members to provide excellent service and support.
  • Participate in training new staff as necessary.

Health and Safety:

  • Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
  • Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Previous barista or customer service experience preferred.
  • Must reside in Cebu City
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing methods and products.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting up to [specify weight, e.g., 30 lbs].

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
