Position Title: Bank Staff - Loan Processor

Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite

Work Location: Jeva Building, Quirino Avenue, Davao City

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and dependable Bank Staff - Loan Processor based in Davao City to support day-to-day branch activities. The role involves assisting clients, facilitating loan-related transactions, and ensuring smooth operational processes within the branch.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to walk-in clients and help maintain strong customer relationships
  • Prepare, review, and complete documents related to loan releases
  • Facilitate loan disbursement transactions in compliance with internal guidelines
  • Cross-selling of the bank's loan products to potential and existing customers
  • Safeguard and reconcile the branch petty cash fund and related records
  • Support general administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course; background in Banking or Finance is an advantage
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a banking or financial institution
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Reliable, service-oriented, and willing to learn
  • Available to start immediately

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php33,020.83 per month
