We are a fast-growing Philippine e-commerce brand specializing in premium wallets and everyday carry (EDC) products. With tens of thousands of units sold across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and retail kiosks, we are looking for a confident and energetic Live Seller to represent our brand, engage audiences in real time, and convert viewers into buyers.

Responsibilities

• Host TikTok live selling sessions to promote and sell our products

• Demonstrate product features, quality, and value clearly and compellingly

• Engage with viewers live — answer questions, run promos, and build community

• Encourage viewers to place orders and participate in ongoing promotions

• Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns, product launches, and live schedules

• Monitor your session performance and share feedback to improve results

Work Schedule

Minimum of 24 live selling hours per week.

Typical live selling windows:

• Weekdays: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM

• Weekends & Holidays (Morning): 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Weekends & Holidays (Evening): 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Sessions may be split into two blocks per day depending on viewer activity and campaign schedules. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Compensation

Base Salary: ₱20,000 per month

Commission (based on monthly confirmed live GMV):

• Below ₱200,000 GMV: 1% commission (est. total: ₱20,000 – ₱22,000/month)

• ₱200,000 – ₱500,000 GMV: 2% commission (est. total: ₱24,000 – ₱30,000/month)

• ₱500,000+ GMV: 3% commission (est. total: ₱35,000 – ₱40,000+/month)

We also provide internet allowance, product training, and product samples to set you up for success. High-performing sellers typically earn ₱30,000 – ₱40,000+ per month.

Requirements

• Comfortable and confident on camera — you enjoy being on live video

• Energetic and engaging personality with a natural sales instinct

• Strong communication skills in Tagalog and/or English

• Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps recommended)

• Smartphone or camera capable of streaming in good quality

• Clean, quiet, and presentable work-from-home setup

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Previous TikTok Live selling or live streaming experience

• Sales, retail, or customer-facing experience

• Content creation or social media background

Performance Expectations

We set clear monthly GMV targets together with each seller. Sellers who consistently perform above ₱500,000 GMV per month will be considered for higher base pay or additional bonuses.
