Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web-based applications and system features
• Enhance and support existing systems and platforms
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical and performance issues
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and cross-functional teams
• Follow coding standards, best practices, and proper documentation
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
• Assist in implementing new features, updates, and system enhancements
• Suggest ideas to improve system performance and user experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Open to fresh graduates
• PHP (Laravel or CodeIgniter)
• Python
• Vue.js
• Git / GitHub
• Must have completed at least 1–2 web-based projects (academic, internship, or personal)
• Basic understanding of the web development lifecycle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Able to work independently in a remote or flexible setup
• Good communication and teamwork skills
