Accounts Receivable Tasks

  • Encodes and prints sales invoices of customers, specifically P&G and small customers.
  • Assists in filing countered voices.
  • Records/inputs all sales invoices generated through SAP to MYOB.
  • Assists in sorting and preparing documents for countering.
  • Collects/follows-up the customers’ 2307 for BIR attachment needed for every quarter

Accounts Payable / Petty Cash

  • Encodes and processes payables specifically for telecommunications and utilities billings as well as other Management-related and Sales petty cash replenishments.
  • Prepares and submits VAT Reports based on generated vouchers on a monthly basis.
  • Encodes petty cash and verifies entries for consolidation of correct system reports.
  • Prepares and files all petty cash requests and reports.
  • Reconciles all petty cash.

Others

  • Prepares cheque vouchers and cheque vouchers as payment as instructed by the Admin Manager.
  • Prepares BIR 2316 of separated employees for reference and signature.
  • Compiles all BIR 2316 of separated employees.
  • Prepares quit claims of separated employees.
