Inquiry Center Assistant manages patient and client inquiries received through multiple channels and supports their conversion into appointments, visits, procedures, package availments, or other hospital services through timely, accurate, and patient-centered assistance.

Job Summary

• Identify potential client.
• Offer insights to the product development team based on customer feedback and preferences.
• Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics. Identify opportunities for upselling for products and services
• Regular follow up with undecided clients to ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
• Develop plans and strategies to achieve company objectives. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the hospital.
• Analyze daily transactions received
• Collaborate with the sales team for doctor’s update schedule
• Ensure high levels of client’s satisfaction and retention

Job Qualification

• Graduate of any 4 year Bachelor Course
• At least 6 months to 1 year relative experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• With basic knowledge in project management, software proficiency.
• Strong organization, clear communication, and problem-solving skills to manage people, and daily operations successfully.
