We're looking for a Finance Analyst who enjoys working with numbers, preparing reports, and supporting business operations. If you have at least 2 years of accounting experience and are eager to grow your analytical skills, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and maintain financial and operational reports.
• Assist with month-end reporting and financial analysis.
• Gather, validate, and organize financial data from various sources.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate data discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Utilize Excel and ERP systems to analyze and manage financial information.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and other ad hoc tasks.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Statistics, or any business or quantitative-related course.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, financial reporting, or related roles.
• Experience in preparing financial reports is an advantage.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, and basic formulas).
• Experience using ERP systems is preferred (NetSuite experience is a plus).
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Willing to work a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM PHT).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
