The Client Specialist supports US clients with printing, scanning, document production, and delivery requests. You will receive project instructions, confirm requirements, coordinate with the US operations and production teams, monitor deadlines, update project records, and help ensure accurate billing and delivery.

This is a client-facing role. You must be willing and comfortable communicating directly with US clients, managers, and team members through calls, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and gather complete project details.
• Clarify missing or unclear instructions with clients.
• Coordinate projects with the US operations and production teams.
• Monitor deadlines and provide project updates.
• Maintain accurate trackers, endorsements, and billing information.
• Assist with client concerns and project-related issues.
• Protect confidential client and project information.
• Properly endorse active and pending projects to the next person on duty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Comfortable speaking with US clients and managers through calls.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive.
• Able to manage multiple requests and work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Customer-service oriented and willing to learn.
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with limited work experience.
• Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and US working hours.
• Must have a stable internet connection of at least 100 Mbps.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
