The Biller plays a critical role in supporting revenue cycle operations across Urgent Care, Primary Care, and Subspecialty services. This role ensures accurate provider credentialing, insurance verification, and medical coding review to support timely and compliant billing. Working closely with clinical and administrative teams, the Offshore Biller helps optimize reimbursement, reduce claim denials, and maintain adherence to payer and regulatory requirements across multiple service lines.

• Support credentialing and re-credentialing for providers across Urgent Care, Primary Care, and Subspecialties
• Verify patient eligibility, coverage, and benefits for various service types and specialties
• Confirm authorization, referral, and payer-specific requirements based on service line
• Review CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes for accuracy across different specialties
• Assist in preparing and submitting clean claims for Urgent Care, Primary Care, and Subspecialty services
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, payer regulations, and specialty-specific billing requirements
• Collaborate with onshore or in-house billers, providers, and operational teams across service lines

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 hours shift

Minimum of 40 hours a week

Rest Day: Saturday and Sunday

Pay: From Php236.00 per hour
