Job Summary

The On-Call Food and Beverage Server is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to members and guests during regular operations, private functions, events, and other scheduled activities. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and table presentation, and ensuring a welcoming and professional dining experience. The successful candidate must be flexible, customer-oriented, and available to work based on operational requirements and event schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests warmly and provide courteous, professional service.
• Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and answer guest inquiries.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar team.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and according to established service standards.
• Ensure tables are properly set up, maintained, and cleared throughout service.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas, banquet facilities, and event spaces.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining areas and service stations in accordance with food safety standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns professionally and promptly refer complaints to the immediate supervisor when necessary.
• Follow company policies, service procedures, hygiene requirements, and workplace safety standards.
• Assist with private dining, special functions, and other events as assigned.
• Perform other related duties as required by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate; a vocational qualification or degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Services, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a food server, waiter/waitress, banquet server, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Fresh graduates and applicants with relevant customer service experience may be considered.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance, a pleasant attitude, and a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dining or event environment.
• Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Willingness to work on an on-call basis, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and during special events.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry food trays or service equipment when necessary.

Work Arrangement

• Employment Type: On-call, based on operational and event requirements.
• Work Schedule: Flexible; shifts will be communicated according to staffing needs and scheduled events.
• Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
• Availability: Must be able to respond to scheduling requests and report for confirmed shifts as agreed with management.

Pay: Php700.00 - Php755.00 per day
