Role Overview

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing and streamlining the flow of leads and client interactions within the sales process. This role involves the efficient handling of both inbound and outbound leads, ensuring proper screening and qualification. The Sales Coordinator will also support the sales team by maintaining accurate CRM data, managing lead progress, and developing relationship-building campaigns to foster long-term client connections.

This role is critical in driving client satisfaction and ensuring smooth transitions between different stages of the sales pipeline.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Lead Reception and Screening (Inbound & Outbound)

  • Handle inbound leads by answering calls, emails, and chat inquiries from potential clients.
  • Screen leads to ensure they meet predefined criteria and are aligned with the company’s target market.
  • Make outbound calls and follow-up on leads from marketing campaigns, events, and partnership.

2. Client Probing

  • Conduct discovery calls and client interviews to understand their needs, pain points, and preferences.
  • Gather detailed information to qualify leads and identify the best solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Establish rapport and trust with potential clients, positioning the brand as the solution to their needs.

3. Lead Endorsement & Monitoring

  • Endorse qualified leads to the sales team, ensuring a seamless handoff and alignment with the sales processes.
  • Track lead progress, monitor communication, and ensure timely follow-up by the sales team to maximize conversion chances.
  • Provide sales team with all relevant information and insights gathered during the client probing phase.

4. CRM & Data Entry Hygiene

  • Ensure all lead interactions, conversations, and updates are accurately recorded in the CRM system.
  • Maintain data accuracy by regularly updating and cleaning CRM entries, removing outdated or irrelevant leads.
  • Monitor CRM data quality to ensure smooth lead tracking, sales forecasting, and reporting.

5. Relationship Building Campaigns

  • Develop and execute relationship-building campaigns aimed at nurturing leads and clients over time.
  • Build long-term relationships through regular communication, personalized offers, and value-driven interactions.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and engagement, adjusting campaigns based on feedback and results.
