Our Human Resources and Admin (HRAD) team plays a vital role in promoting a dynamic and inclusive workplace. As an HR and Admin Intern at Growve, you will gain practical experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
• Identify and recommend assessment tools to enhance the candidate screening process.
• Contribute to the design of materials such as birthday, work anniversary, and welcome posters for new hires.
• Organize and maintain records in both physical and digital formats.
• Monitor office supply levels and ensure timely replenishment by placing orders as needed.
• Provide administrative support and perform various tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Currently a student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or any related field.
• Can Provide Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), Endorsement Letter and Good Moral Character.
• Basic knowledge of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Creative skills for designing posters and promotional materials are a plus

OJT Hours:

• Onsite Work — 2 days per week; 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Work From Home — 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM
